Yesterday wasn't too bad even though I woke up at 4 AM for some reason. SI managed to aly in bed for another hour before deciding to call it and get up around 5 AM. I brewed some coffee and got on my computer for the next few hours. I started watching YouTube videos but managed to will myself into being productive by applying to some jobs. I sent out applications for ~2 hours until Maddie got up.

The weather was not expected to be great (it won't be for the majority of the week if the forecasts are correct), so I went on my walk early. My mom decided to join me. We managed to get 90% of the walk done before the pouring rain started, so we ran home the last little bit. In total, we did 4.12 miles in around 80 minutes.

After that, my dad and I went out to lunch at Johnny Carino's since it would only be open for a couple of days. I ate far too much below-average quality food but enjoyed spending time with him. Immediately after getting home, we made our way to Lafayette for a crawfish boil for a family member's birthday. The weather wasn't the best for a boil, but we made do!

It was good but again, I ate too much. We left Lafayette around 8/8:15 and got home at 9:45. I was quite tired so pretty much immediately went to sleep.
